At Fexalvi Inversiones Inmobiliarias S.A.S. we treat your personal data with the same rigor we apply to the projects we publish. This document explains, in plain language, what information we collect, why we use it and which rights you can exercise when interacting with fexalvi.com.
1. Data controller
The data controller is Fexalvi Inversiones Inmobiliarias S.A.S., CUIT 30-71789432-4, with registered office at Av. Belgrano 1247, Floor 5, Office 502, Salta Capital, Argentina. You can reach us at contacto@fexalvi.com for any privacy-related enquiry.
2. What data we collect
We collect the data you actively provide through our contact form (name, email address and message) and, if you grant consent, technical information derived from your use of the site (IP address, device type, pages visited, time spent) via cookies and equivalent technologies.
3. Purposes
We use your data to reply to your enquiries, share information about projects if you asked us to, measure site usage, strengthen platform security and, where applicable and only with your prior consent, display relevant advertising communications outside the site.
4. Legal basis
Processing relies on your consent (Argentine Personal Data Protection Law N° 25.326), on the pre-contractual relationship initiated by your query and on our legitimate interest in keeping the site secure and functional.
5. With whom we share your information
We do not sell or trade your data. We rely on infrastructure providers (cloud hosting), analytics services (Google Analytics 4) and advertising services (Google Ads); only the strictly necessary information is transferred, always under contractual clauses that guarantee an adequate level of protection.
6. International transfers
Some providers process information in data centres located outside Argentina. In those cases we apply standard contractual clauses, in-transit and at-rest encryption and annual compliance audits.
7. Retention period
Contact form enquiries are stored for up to twenty-four (24) months. Analytics data are stored in aggregated form for up to fourteen (14) months. Data linked to actual operations are retained for the legal periods applicable to crowdfunding activities.
8. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, update, deletion and opposition established under applicable regulations by writing to contacto@fexalvi.com. We reply within ten (10) business days. You may also file complaints before the Agency for Access to Public Information.
9. Security
We apply technical and organisational safeguards to protect your data: TLS 1.3 encryption, mandatory two-factor authentication on administrative access, least-privilege controls and yearly penetration tests.
10. Updates
We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or product improvements. The current version will always be published here along with its update date at the top of the document.
