These Terms and Conditions regulate the access to and use of the fexalvi.com website, operated by Fexalvi Inversiones Inmobiliarias S.A.S. By browsing the site you declare that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in their current version.
1. Purpose
The site fexalvi.com is an informational platform that presents real estate crowdlending opportunities. The actual execution of any operation only takes place inside our private application, under strong authentication and with the electronic signature of the corresponding legal instruments.
2. Investor requirements
To participate in crowdfunding operations you must be at least eighteen (18) years old, reside in Argentina or comply with the requirements applicable to foreign investors, provide the identity and source-of-funds documentation required by the current regulations, and pass the platform's KYC/AML verification processes.
3. Nature of the opportunities
The opportunities presented do not constitute personalised investment advice or a recommendation. Every decision entails risks associated with the real estate market, construction execution, macroeconomic factors and regulatory changes. Returns shown are projected estimates and are not guaranteed.
4. Fair use
Users commit to using the site in good faith, refraining from breaching its systems, extracting information massively through automated means, impersonating identities or performing any activity contrary to the law, morals or public order. We reserve the right to suspend access in the presence of abusive behaviour.
5. Intellectual property
All site content (text, images, renders, trademarks, logos, code and databases) is the exclusive property of Fexalvi Inversiones Inmobiliarias S.A.S. or is used under the appropriate licences. Reproduction, distribution or modification without prior written authorisation is prohibited.
6. Limitation of liability
Fexalvi makes reasonable efforts to keep the site available, up to date and secure, but does not guarantee the absence of interruptions or errors. The company shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit or losses arising from decisions taken solely on the basis of public information available on the site.

9. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Argentina. Any dispute regarding their interpretation or fulfilment shall be submitted to the Ordinary Courts of the City of Salta, Province of Salta, with waiver of any other jurisdiction.
